I'm getting a message that my licence key has expired

This message comes from the Kaspersky Anti-Virus program.

This message does not indicate your Netintelligence account has expired. The Anti-Virus licence key is updated automatically by Netintelligence every 30-60 days. To allow the anti-virus/firewall licence key to update, ensure that the Netintelligence Client program is installed and running, and that the machine has an enabled internet connection.

The Netintelligence Client must be connected to the internet for over an hour before the licence will update.
