My firewall software has notified me that 'LiteClient.exe has changed'

It is perfectly safe to allow the Netintelligence Client program to access the internet.

Some firewalls describe programs that attempt to send data as 'high risk', to warn you in case you're not aware that the program is sending data without explicitly telling you this. In the case of Netintelligence, however, you're aware that the Client will be sending data at regular intervals - so this doesn't constitute a risk.
