Not Checked Pages and their Reason Codes

There are a number of different reasons why you may see a 'Not Checked' page. To help diagnose the reason why the 'Not Checked' page is being displayed there is a code associated with each of the pages. Information on each of these codes follows.
Reason Code 0: No Client exe exists
This reason code suggests that there is a problem with the installation of Netintelligence.
This requires Netintelligence to be repaired, please contact support - Home Access users should contact their supplier's support helpdesk.
Reason Code 1: No Settings exists
This reason code occurs when Netintelligence has not downloaded settings. The machine should stay connected to the internet for at least 20 minutes. If the user is still receiving this error then check the internet connection. If there is limited connection available due to a weak signal (mobile data cards) then Netintelligence may be experiencing difficulty in retrieving its settings.
Reason Code 2: No Network exists
This message code may happen if there is a firewall installed on the machine that is blocking the Netintelligence Client. Ensure that the following applications are allowed through the firewall then try again: liteclient.exe and liteclientam.exe.
If there is no firewall installed or the client is allowed through the firewall and the 'Not Checked Page Reason 2' is still being received then it may be a intermittent connection problem. Please reboot the machine and try again, if still unsuccessful then please contact support for further advice.
Note: Netintelligence is automatically upgraded resulting in file changes. Some firewalls will identify when a change has been made to a file and block or request user interaction to allow the new file. As a result the firewall may be blocking the new Netintelligence files. Reason Code 3: Client Service Not Running
This reason code suggests that there is a problem with the installation of Netintelligence. Try rebooting the machine. If this message code still appears after a restart, please contact support - Home Access users should contact their supplier's support helpdesk.
Reason Code 4: Client Service Is Not Installed
This reason code suggests that there is a problem with the installation of Netintelligence. This requires Netintelligence to be repaired, please contact support - Home Access users should contact their supplier's support helpdesk.
Reason Code 5: Client Installed and Running But Check Failed
This reason code suggests that Netintelligence is still initialising, the machine should stay connected to the internet for at least 20 minutes. If you are still receiving this error after 20 minutes then check the internet connection. If there is limited connection available due to a weak signal (mobile data cards) then Netintelligence may be experiencing difficulty in retrieving its settings.
Reason Code 6: Machine Configuration Issue (Home Access Only)
Home Access users should contact their supplier's support helpdesk if they receive this reason code
Reason Code 7: Machine Registering / Configuring (Home Access Only)
This reason code occurs when the machine is registering with the Netintelligence servers. Keep the machine on and connected to the internet until Netintelligence is configured and has downloaded its settings.
